Viviani, is a 1987 graduate of St. John's School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and California. He employs qualified and experienced attorneys who stand ready to appear on behalf of your firm in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, New York, Bronx, Kings, Richmond and Westchester Counties.

After graduation from St. John's University School of Law, Douglas D. Viviani, Esq. moved to California, worked for Community Counseling Services, Inc. and ran a successful fundraising campaign to raise $3,000,000 in funds to build a Catholic School in Los Angeles. Thereafter, he passed the California State Bar Exam, became a member thereof and returned to New York to work with a small personal injury firm on Long Island, New York.

In 1990, Mr. Viviani opened his own practice in Melville, New York. For the next ten years, he served the Long Island Community applying his legal talents in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Real Estate, Collections, all facets of Civil Litigation and Entertainment Law.

In 1995, while continuing to provide legal services to the community, Mr. Viviani was named CEO of International Film Resources, Inc. a firm designed to develop and raise funds for the production of independent motion pictures. After three years at the helm, in 1998, he resigned to spend more time with the practice of law.

In 1997, while continuing to provide quality legal services through his law firm, Mr. Viviani created and served as President and Broker for Loquitur Realty, Inc. which specialized in providing free educational seminars for first time home buyers, obtaining a mortgage pre-approval therefor and finding them their first home. For the next three years, a sales force of five, trained and supervised by Mr. Viviani, sold over 100 homes. In 2000, Loquitur Realty, Inc. was closed due to the lack of sufficient affordable housing on Long Island to serve the first time home buyer.

In 2000, the Law Office of Douglas D. Viviani was restructured, moved to Queens and turned it's focus upon providing the legal community with quality per diem legal services. Mr. Viviani enjoys training, advising and supervising a staff of experienced litigators who stand ready to represent your firm in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Kings, Staten Island, Bronx, New York, and Westchester Counties. Mr. Viviani also appears in Court daily.
